I decided to find my own career happiness when I became a Career & Interview Coach.

 

I truly believe that with the right support, everyone has the potential to find fulfilment at work and grow their career.

 

I graduated with a degree in Psychology & Management which led me into a 15 year profession in Recruitment & Resourcing. During these years, I learned a LOT! It was definitely a challenging role, but it taught me a lot of useful life skills such as negotiating, interviewing, active listening and how to build rapport.

 

Yet, I felt I was unable to help the people that really needed it: the unemployed; the imperfect CV; the nervous interviewee. I was eager to take the knowledge and experience I had gained over the last 15 years to make a direct impact through coaching.
