Stepping Out is a package of four sessions tailored to your individual needs. It will enable you to transition into the job you really want.

Over 4 weekly 1-2-1 sessions (either face to face or via Skype/Zoom), we will work together to understand your goals and develop your career plan. Some sessions include worksheets to complete in your own time to support your development, provide goals and track your progress.

 

Stepping Out includes:

• An initial fact find of where you are today and your career goals.

• A discussion around where you want to be and how you can get there.

• Expert review of your CV, providing feedback for improvement.

• Job search strategy includes a discussion around the various methods you can use to job hunt.

• Assessing your interview skills, overcoming nerves and building confidence.

• Mock interview to review and refine your interview skills.​​​
